The County Line tradition continues with the Giovannangelo & Baldasaro families. The County Line began in the 60s and has been serving legendary pizza ever since! Our family, originally from Mirabella and Sperlonga, Italy, are proud to call this establishment ours!
Rocco and Anna are the head of our family. Anna “Nonna” has always been an amazing cook. She always said that if you cook with love, you will always have a great meal on your table. Rocco “Nonna”, her husband, can tell you that there is nothing short in that statement! Mr. & Mrs. G have two grown children. Their son, Massimo has the same great skill as Nonna. He is the main cook at The County Line. Their daughter Nadia and son-in-law Al handle the front of the restaurant mostly but you may catch Al in the back on the grill from time to time! Nadia & Al have two girls, Alessia & Bianca. They are the little ones you will see running around the restaurant like little bosses!
We’ve kept up with the traditional County Line favorites – famous for the legendary shrimp scampi, pizza and blue cheese dressing but we also brought in some of our own recipes and we guarantee you’ll like them!
The County Line uses the finest ingredients to bring food to your table that says “always be faithful to quality”. You’ll even see that quote on the back of some of our shirts!
We consider The County Line to be our home away from home and when you’re dining with us, we hope you feel the same way too!
